Owner Ramsey swiftly brought the build together with other suppliers and labors. No project is without its problems, but Ramsey is a problem solver and reliable in his word. I have owned a couple of rental properties for several years. Over the past few years it’s harder for me to do all the repairs and get them ready for the next tenant. It’s also been hard to find affordable people that would do a good job. I recently used Faith Foam and Construction on a rental property. The tenant had left several holes in all the walls, destroyed the range, trashed the blinds, etc! Ramsey and his team came to my rescue. I went out of town for a couple of weeks and for the first time ever, I was not stressed about having to get a rental property ready to rent again. I’m not only impressed with the service provided but it was at a reasonable price! I am beyond excited that I have finally found a company to handle all my rental repairs. Faith Foam and Construction is 100% the company to hire for all “Rental Make Ready” properties!!!!

We needed a big back porch before Christmas and called them December 18th to see if they could get it done. Ramsey came out and got the measurements and by the next day had the material and a great crew on the job. They even worked Christmas eve to get the roof on so we could use it. Outstanding workmanship and good people. I would recommend them for any kind of construction job that needs doing.

I could not have been more pleased with the quality of work. These guys did excellent work. Cleaned up so well I had to go make sure they had come and sprayed. Called them to do more. Clean again. Awesome work. RECOMMEND highly!!
